Scope

gmail.readonly

MailScope requests read-only Gmail access so it can list and display the signed-in user's inbox. It cannot send, delete, or modify mail.

Use

Your dashboard only

Messages are fetched live from Google and shown to the person who just signed in. MailScope does not sell inbox data or share it with other users.

How verification sign-in works

  1. 01

    Sign in with Google

You are sent to Google’s official account chooser. MailScope never asks for your Google password.

  2. 02

    Approve Gmail read access

Google shows the exact permission: view your email messages and settings. You can cancel at any time.

  3. 03

    Open the inbox dashboard

After Google redirects back, MailScope loads your 50 newest inbox threads and lets you read them here.
